I began my artistic exploration shortly before my 50th birthday. Having had no education or training in any field of visual art I was free to explore what was inside my imagination. My earliest influence was and still is the detail and precision of the microscopic world seldom seen. Those who have seen my work often site Kandinsky and Miro as artists whose “language” my work reminds them of. Creating images that inspire others to smile and feel good for no particular reason brings me deep satisfaction. Having the opportunity to share my work is a privilege.
